Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?
Except in very rare circumstances, I do not accept cancellations or give refunds. I also do not accept returns. I am happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I will send a replacement.
How Soon Will I Get My Order?
Our products are not "off the shelf" items, each order is CUSTOM made just for you upon your order. Processing Time is different than "shipping time". Processing Time is the time needed to process, create, and produce the actual item. Shipping Time is in ADDITION to processing times. Please plan accordingly when ordering time-sensitive gifts.
DELIVERY DATES: We guarantee we will do our best to produce your order as quickly as possible, HOWEVER, once it has been shipped and in the hands of the mail carrier, we cannot control nor can we guarantee a "specific" delivery date in which you will receive your package, we do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on an "expected" due date.
